Pricing
The pricing for all products available via the Service are in Thai Baht. We strive to ensure all pricing information is correct. If a product is listed with incorrect information, we reserve the right to not process or to cancel any orders.
Business Policies
Toasty Roaster does not manage inventories, and we act as merely a medium / service provider for the gift recipient to purchase coffees directly from the following roasters (Akha Ama Coffee, Hillkoff coffee, Peaberry ltd, Doi Chaang Coffee). We do not store any coffee and we do not resell any products. Shipping, handling, and
Shipping Variability
Our business will use reasonable efforts to place your order with Suppliers at the interval you specify. Shipping time may vary depending on shipping carrier delays, and other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delayed delivery. Expected delivery time can be viewed from the roaster website.
Cancellation and Refund
Once the payment has been received and Toasty Roaster has already informed the recipient, we do not allow cancellation or refund to the purchaser unless the recipient informs us through email or phone call. The refund amount will be equal to the price paid by the purchaser, and will be refunded through the same method/card the purchase was made on.
In the case where we could not contact the recipient or the gift has not been claimed for longer than 30 days, the buyer can ask for a full refund.
For cases where the scope of responsibility is beyond our control, we reserve the right to not grant refund. gift recipients are not eligible for a refund for the following cases :
- Coffee shipment is delayed
- Coffee shipment is damaged during delivery due to shipment carrier
